Matsumoto Trading Vietnam Co., Ltd., our base for the global expansion of the ASEAN cosmetics market
On October 16, 2015, we established MTAV, a joint venture with AvantChem, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We established this company with the aim of strengthening sales of Japan-produced ingredients and our response to local customers in the ASEAN region.
In 2023, the company became Matsumoto Trading Vietnam Co., Ltd., a company solely funded by Matsumoto Trading.
Matsumoto Trading Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a strategic base of Matsumoto Trading in the ASEAN region. As with Matsumoto Trading Shanghai, this company engages mainly in global sales of cosmetic ingredients from Japan and development and procurement of ingredients which have yet to be distributed in Japan.
We have also established a lab at the office, where we are ready to propose formulations and test the quality of ingredients.
