The Chinese cosmetics market is one of the most important markets in the world, and it is evolving
rapidly. To move forward with localization, we established our base in Shanghai on April 1, 2014.
We will continue to search for unique ingredients produced in Japan and China, propose formulations that meet consumer needs, and provide information about safety and efficacy, thus working as a bridge between the cosmetics industries of Japan and China.
System for proposing formulations suitable for trends in Japan and Asia
We provide value-added information that is tailored to needs in China by listening carefully to the voices of customers in China and adding the expertise we have cultivated in Japan. We also collect information about trends in Japan and other countries and contribute to customers’ cosmetics development through seminars and formulations.
Search and introduction of ingredients produced in Japan and China
We focus on introducing ingredients produced in China, as well as those produced in Japan, to overseas countries as our important function.
As a specialized trading company, we would like to contribute to the ingredient industry of China as well.
Provision of data on efficacy and safety of ingredients with the use of laboratories in Japan and China
At our laboratories in Japan, we conduct our own investigations of efficacy and safety data with a large number of measuring instruments. We provide customers with information geared to local needs.
We have also established a lab at our Shanghai office, where we are ready to propose formulations, test the quality of ingredients, and prepare small samples.
A system for prompt delivery using our warehouse in Shanghai
In October 2015, we established a warehouse in a suburb of Shanghai. We are now able to respond to customers’ requests more promptly, as we strive to build a system that permits customers to get products quickly whenever they want them.
